On Wednesday, a panel discussion was held on strengthening cooperation between institutions on election risk assessment.
“The State Commission for Prevention of Corruption has so far received around 20 petitions over activities concerning the election process. They’ve been prioritised. The decisions will be made as soon as possible,” the body’s President, Tatjana Dimitrovska, stated.
The caretaker Interior Minister, Pance Toskovski, and the State Election Commission’s (SEC) President, Aleksandar Dastevski, stated that thanks to the timely information to the Ministry from the SEC, around 100,000 people would now be able to exercise their right to vote.
