North Macedonia’s Embassy in Abu Dhabi, in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia authorities, is considering the possibility of repatriating and evacuating North Macedonia citizens currently in the UAE and across the land border to Saudi Arabia, and, from there, by aircraft departing from Saudi Arabia territory.
“Transport from the United Arab Emirates to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would take place overland by bus and would last from 13 to 15 hours”, the Embassy has said in a social post, which includes also details about what the list should include and how citizens can register.
