The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has changed the rulebook for forming the highest retail price for certain oil derivative products. As a result, instead of every Monday, regulators will be able to make decisions earlier as well.
When it comes to the new fuel prices, the ERC said on Monday they would enter into force at midnight (March 23/24). Prices, per liter, of gas (EUROSUPER BS-95 and EUROSUPER BS-98) will remain the same, while the per-liter price of diesel is increasing by 3.5 denars.
Commenting on the diesel price increase, SDSM said that it proved the Government’s measure for a VAT reduction had no effect.
