On Monday and Tuesday (30 June and 1 July) in Skopje, EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos will meet PM Hristijan Mickoski and other Balkan leaders, where there will be discussions on progress of the reform path towards EU membership.
On Friday, North Macedonia’s Parliament voted through part of the package of reform laws and gave the green light for the procedure concerning three other draft-laws to continue. Five reform laws were adopted, four of which concern digitalization and cyber security. The adoption will provide over 19 million euros from the Reform Agenda, Digital Transformation Minister Stefan Andonovski said.
The session also saw three draft-laws on the agenda concerning public administration, that is, public sector employees, administrative servants, and training, including from a vocational standpoint, that passed the first filter.
