Expert Network: Osmani Says Chairpersonship has Set yet Another Determinant

On Monday, OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani delivered an address at the event, organised in the frames of the Chairpersonship-in-Office, “Strategic Foresight in a Changing Environment: Perspectives for Cooperation & Security in Europe”, North Macedonia’s Foreign Ministry said in a press-release.

As he said, North Macedonia’s Chairpersonship-in-Office has set yet another determinant in building relations with civil society through the establishment of the OSCE Expert Network.

Asked whether there was communication with Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov’s Cabinet and whether he would participate in the Ministerial Council in Skopje, Osmani said his arrival still hadn’t been confirmed.

“We’re processing the applications by all members of the Russian delegations for a visa and for coming to North Macedonia,” he said, adding that once there was a decision, the public would be informed.

Regarding Antony Blinken, Osmani said that there weren’t indications that he would not visit Skopje for the Council.
