On Wednesday, SDSM leader Venko Filipce stated regarding his party that there would soon be changes to leadership and part of its policies. However, he added that SDSM’s ideological principles remained unchanged.
According to Filipce, the opposition platform will be expanded and open to all citizens’ organisations and political entities that want to contribute towards a joint strategy against the government.
“I think we’re the only political force that can counter and face VMRO-DPMNE. We need a broader, stronger, and more organised front. That’s one part of the lessons we’ve learned from the local elections. I am sure we will implement that in the period ahead”, the SDSM leader stressed.
He added that there had been no new resignations within his party up to that point.
