SDSM leader Filipche has said Finance Minister Dimitrieska-Kochoska was lying when she said she hadn’t been informed and consulted regarding the 2025 entry of Alta Banka into North Macedonia’s market. In a social media post, he posted a photo showing the minutes of a session of the Government.
“Not only was she informed, but the Mickoski Government, precisely upon Kochoska’s proposal, adopted Conclusions directly related to the takeover bid for shares by Alta Banka AD Belgrade submitted to 16 public institutions. Here are the Minutes: The Government session of September 23, 2025. The Government indicated to them to provide a written statement on accepting or rejecting Alta Banka’s offer”, Filipche wrote.
