So far, five people have applied in the race for new Prosecutor General.
They are: Judge Nenad Saveski, Prosecutors Lenche Risteska and Lidija Raichevikj, former Criminal Court President Vladimir Panchevski, the former Chief of the Skopje Higher Prosecutor’s Office, Mustafa Hajrullahi, and the current Acting Prosecutor General, Anita Topolova Isajlovska.
The procedure has followed the December resignation of Kocevski. The deadline, according to the law, expires at midnight between January 26 and 27.
