Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timco Mucunski continued Tuesday his official visit to Brussels, with a meeting with European Commissioner in charge of Enlargement of the EU, Marta Kos.
The Foreign Affairs Ministry in Skopje reported that the interlocutors discussed the EU-integration processes, with Mucunski and Kos emphasising the importance of the strong support the country receives in these processes by the EU and its member-states.
“Minister Mucunski extended gratitude to EC Commissioner Kos for her personal engagement in the accession processes and the support for the Growth Plan at the recent summit that took place in Skopje, in attendance of Kos herself.
The interlocutors also exchanged opinions on the recent accession of the country in SEPA, as well as about the initiative for abolishment of the roaming expenses between the Western Balkans and the EU. They also discussed regional affairs, and they reaffirmed the mutual support for Ukraine and the pledges for sooner end of the conflict there”, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
