Foreign Affairs and External Trade Minister Timco Mucunski met on Thursday with Greek Ambassador Sophia Philippidou.
At the meeting, he voiced assurances that North Macedonia was committed to further advancing bilateral, regional, and multilateral cooperation with Greece, primarily as NATO partners and allies.
“At the same time, he also said building good-neighbourly relations in the function of regional security, stability, and prosperity was an interest of ours. This country remains committed to further advancing bilateral relations, through open dialogue on all affairs of common interest, in the function of enriching it with new contents and to the benefit of the prosperity and well-being of citizens of both countries,” the Ministry said.
At the meeting, Minister Mucunski and Ambassador Philippidou reaffirmed the interest in intensifying economic cooperation.
