Former President Pendarovski has rejected PM Mickoski’s accusations over the issue of lawfulness and constitutionality of decisions made during COVID.
Describing the PM’s comments as unfounded defamation, Pendarovski said on Sunday he’d submitted all decisions related to the declaration of the state of emergency, the Constitutional Court, with a majority of votes, had confirmed them over five years prior, while the regulations, with the force of law, had been passed and implemented by the Government.
