Around 98% of foreseen works on the water supply system have been completed, while 600 meters of the route remain, for which consent from the Public Enterprise (PE) for State Roads is awaited to fully connect the system. The Gostivar-based Komunalec (public utility) PE, in a press release, has denied reports that money was wasted in vain on renovating the water supply system.
Although the PE admits eight years have passed since the start of the project but parts of it are still non-functional, it nevertheless assures that it cannot be said the project has failed.
