On Monday, Saso Klekovski said that if there was good staff that could succeed him at the position of head of the Health Insurance Fund, he would accept a nomination to be the Health Minister.
He made those comments after a briefing on the patients injured into Kocani fire, where both he and the Deputy Health Minister, Jovica Andovski, had refuted criticism alleging a lack of staff and treatment conditions in Kocani.
Starting from Tuesday (20 May), doctors from several clinics based in the capital will head to the Kocani Hospital to additionally determine the patients’ condition.
