Hearing over Hristijan Pendikov Case in Ohrid Postponed

Thursday’s hearing in Ohrid over the 19 January 2023 physical attack on Hristijan Pendikov, who was the secretary of the now-defunct Tsar Boris III Bulgarian club, was postponed due to the absence of one of the defendants and two of the three witnesses that were supposed to testify.

Pendikov’s lawyer submitted to the Basic Court neuropsychiatric expertise seeking compensation of 20,000 euros, accusing the defence of buying time as a result of the aforementioned three persons not coming.

Judge Bojan Martinoski, who is in charge of the trial, stated that everyone subpoenaed that wouldn’t appear would be taken to the following hearing under police escort.
