On Wednesday, the Crisis Management Center said heavy rainfall had caused floods in Kichevo and Ohrid. The situation is most serious on Prilepska Street in Kichevo, where multiple residential facilities have been flooded, while evacuation of residents is underway, with all services being involved, the Center added.
The weather conditions have also caused problems on the Gostivar-Strazha and Tetovo-Banjiche roads, while in the Struga and Gostivar region, several rivers have overflowed, which has flooded agricultural land and yards.
The Center is following the situation, saying also that in the bigger part of the country, there are no violations of safety.
