On Thursday, prominent DUI activist Ismet Guri turned himself into police and taken to prison.
Guri, for whose arrest a warrant had been issued, and Ejupi Alimi, were covered in the Titanic 3 case which concerned destruction of election material in the 2013 local elections.
Guri, a former deputy head of the Public Revenue Office, had first issued a detention measure that was afterwards changed to a house arrest one for health reasons. He escaped house arrest at the start of the year.
