It’s Judicial Council’s Turn to Act, Lloga Says over Ferati and Bexheti Cases

It’s the Judicial Council’s turn to act, Justice Minister Krenar Lloga said on Thursday regarding the cases of Judge Elvedin Ferati and Prosecutor Jetmir Bexheti.

Ferati is the Judge from Tetovo who faked his GPA in order to enrol at the Academy of Judges and Public Prosecutors. He had a GPA of 7.88 (on a scale of 5 to 10) even though the required minimum for enrolment is 8.20.

For Jetmir Bexheti, son of Court of Appeals Bexheti, it’s been found that he took the bar before he acquired 300 credits, which is a requirement according to the law.
