The Foreign Ministry has expressed dissatisfaction to the Bulgarian Embassy over recent statements by Bulgarian representatives, assessing them as insulting and provocative, as well as interfering in the internal affairs of the state.
On Monday, it said that a representative of the Embassy of Bulgaria, who, in the absence of Ambassador Radukov, served as CDA, had been summoned that day. At the meeting, dissatisfaction was expressed regarding the statement of Bulgarian Interior Minister Ivan Demerdzhiev concerning the case of Iva Mihailova.
A reaction was also directed at the statement of Ambassador Radukov for bTV, which, according to North Macedonia’s authorities, represents direct interference in internal affairs, due to his characterizations of the work of the competent institutions.
