Attorney Suzana Joshevska Atanasovska and university professor Arlinda Kadri Shahinoviq were on Monday elected by Parliament as Judicial Council members.
The nominations were supported by 63 MPs, while 15 MPs voted against. President Siljanovska Davkova, who had filed the nominations, said she was guided by the two persons’ expertise and competence. Joshevska Atanasovska and Kadri Shahinoviq are succeeding Vesna Dameva and Milazim Mustafa, whose terms ended in December.
