The Judicial Council has accepted the complaint lodged by 70 employees of the Kumanovo Basic Court against Court President Snezhana Manev.
The Council has established seriously disrupted interpersonal relations and work atmosphere, long-lasting conflict, and exceeding of legal competences. Council President Aleksandar Kambovski said a decision would be made very soon.
Wednesday’s session also saw the Council adopt the new Rules of Procedure aligning with the new Law on the Judicial Council.
