The newly-elected President of the Supreme Court, Afrim Fidani, in the capacity of former Criminal Court Judge, stated on Thursday that the decision for the trial over the Kocani fire to be held at his former institution, had been made following the analysis of the reports and by the Stip Appeals Court.
Judicial Council President Aleksandar Kambovski expects the procedure to be implemented effectively and efficiently.
Also on Thursday, Dimovska’s predecessor, Ivan Dzolev, was sworn in as Court of Appeals Judge, together with Olja Ristova, Betim Jahja, and Marija Kletnicka Markovska.
