The Shtip Appellate Court has accepted the Kochani Basic Court’s decision issuing measures of precaution, instead of house arrest, against Public Revenue Office (PRO) inspectors Dragan Paunov and Dule Dimitriev.
According to suspicions, the inspectors would receive bribes and tip Pulse nightclub owner Dejan Jovanov off about unannounced controls. The inspectors spent one month under house arrest each, but they have submitted medical documentation complaining of health problems.
