The hearing in the frames of trial over the Kochani fire scheduled for November 26 will not be held.
Judge Diana Gruevska Ilievski didn’t have all addresses of damaged parties and their representatives required to be summoned to the process in order to voice a stand on the damage claim. As she explained, the Court will need more time to notify the damaged parties.
The next hearing will be held on December 2. The Judge expects the procedures related to the submission of summons, but also of the integrated charges to all defendants, as requested by their respective attorneys, to have been completed by then.
