Remzi Miftari, sentenced to 10 years in the Laskarci crash trial, is at large and wanted on a warrant posted by the Interior Ministry on its website. The institution considers he is still in the country, considering checks at border crossings haven’t shown he’s left North Macedonia.
When it comes to the owner of Durmo Tours, Durmish Beluli, sentenced to 10 years as well in the same trial, he has until December 2 to report to the Idrizovo prison.
Judge Kjirko Mihajloski stated that Beluli hadn’t filed a new request for the start of the imprisonment to be postponed, while previously, he’d reported he’d undergone a hernia surgery and faced complications as a result of the surgical process.
