In the Lottery case, the Criminal Court has rejected the appeal filed by the defence of ex-Deputy PM Artan Grubi, which means the 30-day detention measure issued against him on 17 December has been confirmed.
The measure will enter into force once he becomes accessible to prosecution organs. Fokus, citing police sources, has reported that Kosovan Honorary Consul, businessperson Arsim Papraniku, told police he’d driven Grubi to Tirana, where they’d had coffee and he’d left him in a hotel near the stadium.
According to the medium, part of the Government’s members and certain institutions have unofficial information that Grubi is in Hamallaj, near Durres.
