On an episode of Kanal 5 CEO Ivan Mirchevski’s podcast, the former manager of Ohrid’s Royal View Hotel, Aleksandar Malenko says former PM Gruevski did not flee to Hungary from his home, but rather from the aforementioned establishment.
Malenko adds that the former PM did so at around 2:40 a.m. on November 10, 2018. He says he opened the garage himself so Gruevski could leave in a Passat driven by a chauffeur, while members of his personal security detail were inside the car as well.
According to Malenko’s claims, Gruevski’s family stayed and extended their stay at the Royal View.
