Asmir Jahoski, who’s among the suspects in the Mazut case, is leaving detention. At a non-public session held on Tuesday, the Court of Appeals decided to accept his appeal and guarantee of around two million euros the Pucko Petrol owner and his attorney had previously offered to the Prosecutor’s Office.
The guarantee in the form of real estate is a 344-square-metre flat on Partizanski Odredi Boulevard, owned by BI Holding, a company owned by his wife, Hana Jahoska, with an estimated worth of around one million euros.
In addition, Asmir Jahoski, whose father is a DUI MP, ex-Plasnica Mayor Ismail Jahoski, submitted around 1.17 million euros (cash) through Pucko Petrol. Jahoski’s been issued measures of precaution, that is, his passport has been taken away, while he also has an obligation to report to a court in Skopje.
