PM Hristijan Mickoski, during a press conference on Thursday, extended an apology to the journalists over the behaviour of Deputy PM Arben Fetai, who couple of days ago refused to answer press questions during an event because, as he claimed, he is not fluent enough in Macedonian language and could only provide answers in Albanian, even though translation was not provided at the site.
“There were no bad intentions behind Fetai speaking in Albanian only, as far as I am informed. He is a great professional with a rich biography behind him, and I can say that he is trying very hard to learn the Macedonian language. I am very saddened that certain political centres tried to abuse this incident for political purposes”, Mickoski said.
