A-PM Mickoski-led Governmental delegation is visiting Budapest.
On Monday, Mickoski met counterpart Orban, saying the significant meeting had focused on economic cooperation, new investments, and implementation of concrete projects of mutual interests.
“Hungary is a sincere and proven partner of ours, while the common values, mutual respect, and strong cooperation are the foundation of our strategic partnership”, he said on social media.
Also, according to the Government’s press release, Mickoski expressed gratitude for Hungary’s support.
“PM Mickoski highlighted the role of PM Orban as a leader who has the courage to make decisions in the interest of his own country and who contributes to the stability of the region and Europe”, the Government added.
In addition, the PM delivered an address at a North Macedonia-Hungary business forum.
Such fora are not just a platform to exchange ideas, but also a concrete mechanism to set up new partnerships and strengthen the economic cooperation between the two friendly countries, he assessed. SDSM, however, said Mickoski had gone to Budapest to be agreeing on a return of former PM Gruevski.
