According to VMRO-DPMNE MP Antonijo Milososki, Monday’s election of Judges of the Skopje Court of Appeals is unlawful. In his view, Judicial Council President Aleksandar Kambovski has committed a crime.
“Tragically or not, with this lineup of the Council, not even illusionist David Copperfield wouldn’t be able to implement judicial reforms”, Milososki says.
The VMRO-DPMNE MP believes that in the election, there were essential violations of the Council’s procedure, wrong application of material law, and an incompletely determined factual situation.
If any candidate potentially files a lawsuit before a relevant court, the decisions will be abolished, similarly to the situation in the case of Elizabeta Dukovska, whose election as Constitutional Court Judge by the Council was last week found unlawful by the Administrative Court, Milososki believes.
