Minister of Justice Shasivari will invite students and faculty deans to an informational meeting in the first half of October, during which he will present the bill regarding the method for taking the Bar Exam. Following the consultations, further steps will be taken institutionally. Five requests have been submitted by as many student associations, he explained on Wednesday.
“Three are requesting [the Exam] in the Albanian language, one is requesting it in English, and one is requesting it in English and Turkish”, Shasivari said.
Regarding the drafting of the new Criminal Code, the Minister said the document was nearing completion. The working group met on Tuesday. As far as the Electoral Code issue is concerned, Shasivari stated that meetings and dialogue with all parliamentary groups were planned.
