New Hearing Held in Trial of Former SCPC President Dimitrovska

A new hearing in the trial of former SCPC President Dimitrovska was held on Thursday. The state secret clearance document was presented as evidence.

The Prosecutor’s Office also presented the cases of conflict of interest conducted within the SCPC while she was the head of the institution, as well as documents regarding the asset status of the former director of the Negotino plant, Nebojsha Stojanovikj, who is charged in the Additive case.

At the next hearing, the Dimitrovska-Stojanovikj correspondence is expected to be presented, as part of the Prosecutor’s Office activities to prove the crime of official secret disclosure was committed. At the start of the trial, Dimitrovska pled guilty, as did auditor Mile Stolevski, who is accused of taking the test for the state secret clearance for her, and Biljana Manteva of the Negotino plant.
