A new investigation has been launched into the Dukjandzik/Grcec group.
Its leader, Sheval Muaremi, who’s in Dubai, and four other associates have been covered, based on their communication on the Sky app. They’re suspected of smuggling six kg of cocaine from the Netherlands. Since March, Muaremi has been wanted on an international warrant.
Among the suspects are also the brother of Jeton Krivanjeva (aka Zhilla) and the brother of Enis Iseinov (aka Laci). Both Zhilla and Laci were killed in Skopje’s old Bazaar in 2023.
Precisely Zhilla’s brother, aged 29, was detained on Wednesday morning.
“In the frames of data received from Europol and OTF LIMIT, evidence have been secured on members of an organised criminal group that, in 2020 and at the start of 2021, on two occasions, organised the purchase and transport from the Netherlands of six kg of cocaine, intended to be sold on the market in the R.N. of Macedonia”, the Interior Ministry said.
The other suspects, including Muaremi, are at large.
