Thursday saw a new meeting of the North Macedonia-Bulgaria Joint Commission on Historical Affairs, which was held in Skopje.
Asked after the end of the meeting what had been discussed, two members of North Macedonia’s team declined to share information, saying more information would be presented the following day in a press-release.
On the other hand, Bulgaria’s representatives stated there hadn’t been concrete results again with regards to issues raised at previous meetings.
Bulgaria’s demand for a joint celebration of Marko Cepenkov was among the new topics raised. However, there wasn’t a concrete result over that either.
