On Saturday, VMRO-DPMNE continued to level criticism at Filipche over the marijuana case.
At a press conference, ruling party MP Brane Petrushevski presented a photo showing the SDSM leader next to Toni Kotev, former official of the party and beneficial owner of CBD Medplant. As he assessed, the photo indicates direct involvement of Filipche in the trafficking of illicit drugs.
However, SDSM again stated that the silence of, among others, PM Mickoski and Interior Minister Toshkovski, confirm the “scandal” went all the way to the top of the government.
According to Telma’s CODE program, a truck that, from the interior of North Macedonia, was allegedly carrying textile goods for households in a country in Western Europe is being investigated as suspicious means through which the five tons of marijuana might have been transported to Serbia.
