The Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecution of Organized Crime and Corruption has filed three charges against over 20 police officers over the Kochani fire.
According to the investigation, ten officers had entered the Pulse nightclub 10 minutes before the fire broke out. At that moment, the facility was overcrowded, while pyrotechnics were being used at the stage for which there was no permit.
The charges have been filed to the Criminal Court, which will decide whether it will start a court procedure.
