Parliament Passes Ruling Majority’s Resolution on Migrants

With 65 votes in favor and five against, Parliament passed on Wednesday the ruling majority’s Resolution condemning the opposition’s manipulations and confirming the policies against illegal migration.

VMRO-DPMNE’s Parliamentary Group stated that the government had never requested, agreed on, and wouldn’t allow the building of migrant camps or migrants receiving permanent accommodation on the territory of municipalities in the country.

The ruling party considers that the Resolution is putting an end to all speculations and intentionally placed falsehoods. On the other hand, SDSM, whose MPs weren’t present in the hall, said it wouldn’t be part of “this national treason”.
