Commenting on the planned blockade by the Trade Union Federation of streets outside Parliament, Speaker Afrim Gashi said on Monday that MPs should find a way to come to Tuesday’s session without obstructing the citizens’ right to protest.
The matter was discussed at the regular coordination meeting between Gashi and Parliamentary Group Coordinators. On Tuesday, 11 Oktomvri and Dame Gruev Boulevards will be blocked.
The blockade, Federation President Trendafilov stated, is part of the pressure to increase the minimum wage and achieve a linear growth of other salaries.
