Phonebook of Ristov Contained Numbers of Influential People

The trial against former judge Gjoko Ristov, known in the public as the Money-in-Wall case, continued with a new hearing on Thursday, in which Ristov’s phone book was presented among the pieces of evidence against him.

As Skopje1.mk reports, the phone book included names of well-known people from the public life in the country, including businessman Ismail Jahoski and his son Asmin, socialite Bojan Jovanovski (a.k.a. Boki 13), former Ombudsman Office employee Fehmi Stafa, former Public Revenue Office Director Ismet Guri, former SDSM MP Frosina Remenski, Ana Kamcheva and several others.

The book also included an unknown telephone number for which the prosecution claims it belonged to Vice Zaev, brother of former PM Zoran Zaev. Prosecutor Iskra Hadzi-Vasileva argued that all these contacts of influential figures are very important for the legal procedure against Ristov.
