The Action Plan on Minorities is ready and has been aligned with an expert from the EC and 26 EU members, except one, PM Mickoski said on Friday, alluding to Bulgaria. He added that it had also opposed “Macedonia’s participation” in the Three Seas Initiative.
The Draft Plan for Minorities was developed in Macedonian and English by domestic and international experts, in close consultation with the Council of Europe and the EC.
