PM Mickoski Addresses Event Marking 23 October

On Thursday, PM and VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski delivered an address at an event marking Macedonian Revolutionary Struggle Day (23 October). As he noted, the Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organisation (VMRO) is the thought that doesn’t die because it was born out of love for freedom, while freedom is eternal.

“VMRO’s strength wasn’t in arms, but rather in the idea that justice is stronger than fear. And the proof of that will of steel and that self-sacrifice are not written only in books, but rather one can see it in the vivid statues under the oaks at Meckin Kamen, on the streets and in the spirit of Krusevo, throughout the glorious battles and uprisings of our people”, Mickoski noted.

According to him, though the country faces different challenges in the present day, they are equally important when it comes to its future and that of its people.
