On Tuesday, PM Mickoski and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Mucunski attended the opening of the General Debate of the UN General Assembly’s 81st session. Mickoski stated on social media that they proudly represented the country at the place where important decisions for the world were made.
The Mickoski-led delegation also participated in the session within the framework of the Assembly chaired by European Council President Costa.
“A moment of important discussions and exchange of views on issues of global importance, within the framework of the highest international platform for dialogue and cooperation”, Mickoski said in a separate social media post.
The PM and Mucunski participated in the Partners for Multilateralism Summit as well. Furthermore, as part of his visit to the U.S., Mickoski met with representatives of the American military industry and official representatives of the U.S. administration in charge of that sector.
