According to PM Mickoski, the investigation against former Customs Administration Director Stefan Bogoev could expand to other institutions as well.
“Several institutions in the upcoming period will see similar operations regarding inconsistencies in the past”, the PM said on Wednesday. As he explained, it’s about cases where indications of wrongdoing were highlighted in Audit Office reports.
The same day, Mickoski’s party, VMRO-DPMNE, fiercely criticized Bogoev, who is a former SDSM deputy leader and served as Karposh Mayor from 2017 to 2021, saying there had to be accountability for “SDSM’s crimes”.
