PM Mickoski Comments on Dameva’s Resignation as Judicial Council President

“This process needs to be dynamic. Everyone who will not meet expectations need to be honest and leave, regardless of what their role in society is”, PM Hristijan Mickoski said on Wednesday regarding Vesna Dameva’s resignation as Judicial Council President. He again stated that considering the level of citizen confidence in, the court and prosecutorial system had failed.

“This doesn’t need to be an exception. Everyone that fails to justify citizen confidence leaving needs to be a rule in the future,” Mickoski underlined.

The PM expects, as he pointed out, prosecutors to focus a little more on dealing with crime and corruption.
