PM Mickoski has fiercely denied the claims by Bulgarian media that Iva Mihailova and her attorney, Nikolay Dimitrov, legally crossed the border, confirming that she was illegally transferred to Bulgaria. On Thursday, he emphasized that claims that they had passed through a regular border crossing where they had been greeted were a lie and propaganda.
According to the PM, the last time that the attorney entered North Macedonia was on September 28, which has also been confirmed by Bulgaria, which means that what Dimitrov told media is not true. The PM confirmed that the Interior Ministry was already carrying out the investigation to uncover all channels and individuals who had assisted in the illegal transfer across the border.
On the other hand, SDSM said PM Mickoski was protecting Interior Minister Toshkovski.
