In Munich, PM Mickoski, together with Foreign Minister Mucunski, met on Saturday with U.S. President Trump’s Special Envoy, Grenell.
“The strategic relations with the U.S. are the cornerstone of our stability and economic development. The U.S. remains our greatest supporter and strategic partner. In a time of global challenges, strengthening this partnership is of key significance to our national security and economic progress. We’re building a partnership based on mutual respect, economic cooperation, and joint commitment to peace and stability”, the PM said on social media on Saturday.
Also, Mickoski met Dutch counterpart Schoof, saying they’d discussed the possibility of greater cooperation, as well as Macedonia’s EU path and support from the Netherlands.
Also, at a roundtable headlined “Open Door or Open End? Delivering on EU Enlargement”, Mickoski presented, as his said, Macedonia’s positions on enlargement.
As he assessed, the country and its region don’t need an endless process, but rather a deserved and predictable future.
