Protocols are not and should not be part of the negotiating framework with the EU, PM Mickoski said on Tuesday. However, Bulgaria has claimed the opposite, referring to the agreement with the previous cabinet, which, according to Mickoski, engaged in political stunts while in power.
Earlier, Foreign Minister Mucunski, too, had pointed out that discussions with Bulgaria and the EU were continuing to find a “just and sustainable” solution to unblock the integration process.
