On Sunday, PM Hristijan Mickoski stated that he regretted that the parents of those killed in the Kocani fire hadn’t accepted the invitation to a meeting at the Government building in Skopje. However, he added that he was ready to go to Kocani to meet them.
“I have no problem with going to Kocani and will absolutely do, as I have so far, everything to help them as much as I can. However, I also must say that it’s a lie that I’ve been invited to go there to such a meeting. There’s been no such thing. However, regardless, if this represents an invitation, I say I will go to Kocani, talk, we will get organized, and agree. So, it’s no problem for me whatsoever”, the PM emphasized.
