At a press conference in Gostivar on Tuesday, SDSM leader Filipche asked a series of questions regarding, as he stated, the timeliness of the institutions’ reactions to the water contamination issue. He called for a full clarification of the circumstances, as well as for accountability to be determined.
However, VMRO-DPMNE refuted his accusations, stressing also that Filipche had openly supported Mayor Valbon Limani in the local elections. In that regard, the party asked whether Filipche agreed with Limani’s stand that the latter didn’t feel moral responsibility for the “water scandal”. Levica, however, leveled accusations at institutions, too.
