According to a poll conducted by the Skopje-based Political Research Institute, PM and VMRO-DPMNE leader Mickoski is the politician with the highest rating in the country, 27.3%. DUI leader Ahmeti is second, with 9.0%, while SDSM leader Filipche, 5.1%, and Levica leader Apasiev, 5.0%, are third and fourth, respectively.
Asked which party they would vote for if parliamentary elections were held the following week, 26.0% of citizens say they will support VMRO-DPMNE. SDSM is second, with 9.6%, while DUI, 8.9% and VLEN, 8.2%, are third and fourth, respectively.
More than 25% of citizens are satisfied with the government’s work, whereas almost as many aren’t. According to the poll, 70% of citizens support the Safe City project.
